Check out the amazing work our Preps have been doing with Mrs Mancini. A “language experience” is an approach to teaching literacy that helps students bridge the gap between spoken and written language. Alongside making and eating these fantastic fruit creations, our students contributed their ideas whilst Mrs Mancini scribed these as a visible and tangible connection between oral and written communication.
It’s a fun and interactive way for young learners to enrich their vocabulary, grasp grammar rules, and strengthen their overall literacy abilities, all while nurturing their passion for storytelling and self-expression!
